1/2 ripe avocado (about 1/3 cup)
3 cups roughly chopped baby spinach
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (use lemon juice if unavailable)

2-3 tbsp raw honey (to taste)
Optional Superfood Booster:
1 tsp sustainable fish oil
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust sweetness to taste. Makes 2 shakes.
